  1. 01A confirmation email, immediately

    Stripe sends your deposit receipt; we send a note confirming we've read your questionnaire.

  2. 02Kickoff call within 2 business days

    We propose call windows based on the preference you gave us, then talk for 45 minutes about pace, palate, and budget.

  3. 03Delivery in 1–2 weeks, one revision included

    The balance is due only when the draft is in your hands. Change your mind before the kickoff call and the deposit is refunded in full.
